is it halloween yet?

Although we don't celebrate Halloween in the Netherlands in the same way as e.g. in the US, I still like to make some 'scary' cards, for which I use witches, bats, pumpkins and ghosts. All dies used are from ECD, some sets are a bit older and probably retired

scrap & breakfast

Every year some of my crafty friends and I book a weekend at the Scrap & Breakfast in Anna Paulowna at 't Scrapateljeetje. We stay there for 2 nights, catching up with each other and craft. We bring all of our supplies and what we forgot, can always be purchased at the shop (with that same name). We are having so much fun and we even have made reservations for next year. This time I ordered 2 of the new 'Christmas lives here' paperpads in advance at this shop, so that I could use them immediately upon arrival. Just to be sure, I bought another set, in case I might run out 😄. Here are some of the items I created during this weekend, using ECD dies, stamps and design papers.

Just a few tags with (of course) the monster die. Did I mention already that I love that one? So many possibilities.....

while you are here....

So let's make a fresh start with this blog. As I mentioned in my previous post, I am totally hooked to the Elizabeth Craft Designs (ECD from now on) brand, so here are a few of the cards I created with the latest monster dies by Joset

Long time, no see

Hi all!
It has been quite some time since I last posted here. It was my intention to delete this blog all together somewhere in the past few years, (and be on Facebook instead) but I never got to actually do it.
Maybe it is time for me to start all over right here. Let me give you a brief update on the last couple of years:
I never quit being creative, I went from scrapbooking via Project Life to making planners and cards, using all collections and stamps from Elizabeth craft Designs. I came across this brand some 18 months ago, and I got hooked ever since. I use the A5 slimeline planner to make weekly pages and I especially love all the characters and critters, designed by Joset van de Burgt. Those dies I use for my cards.
As from now I intend to post on this blog every week (hopefully) but I have to figure out, how to do that on my gsm, because most pictures of my creative work are on that device.

to be continued...
