winter queen

Hallo allemaal!
Vandaag een lootje, wat ik gemaakt heb naar aanleiding van het moodboard bij Scrap Around The World (van december), gecombineerd met de schets van Stuck?Sketches. In het winterse moodboard vond ik voornamelijk inspiratie in de kleuren, die ik wat verzacht heb naar roze (ipv rood) en blauw (ipv turquiose), de sneeuwvlokken en de glinstering van de lampjes en pareltjes op de cupcake. Papier is van Maja Design, doilies, sneeuwvlokken en randjes zijn geïnkt met distress inkt iced spruce en worn lipstick. De houten sneeuwvlokken komen van gesloopte kerstkaartenknijpertjes (leuk woord voor scrabble) en hadden al een glinstering van zichzelf. Het woord "winter" in de titel kreeg een laagje glossy accents.

Today I'd like to show you the layout that I made for the December moodboard at Scrap Around The World. I got my inspiratio from the colors, that I tuned down to pink and pale blue (instead of red and teal), the snowflakes and pearls on the cupcake and the shiny christmaslights. Based upon the sketch of Stuck?Sketches, I used Maja Design papers (vintage frost basics) and distress inks iced spruce and worn lipstick. The small glittery snowflakes are low budget, "winter" in the title got a layer of glossy accents.
